Schedule a Corporate Consultation

The demands placed on senior leaders are different.
Long hours, frequent travel, constant decision-making, disrupted sleep, changing metabolic health, and sustained stress can gradually affect how someone feels and functions.
Ayur’s corporate wellness program is designed for:
This is not a company-wide fitness challenge or wellness app.
It is an ongoing relationship with a physician.
Executives are accustomed to solving problems quickly. Health rarely works that way.
Someone may still be performing at a high level while dealing with persistent fatigue, poor sleep, metabolic changes, stress, difficulty concentrating, or simply feeling unlike themselves.
Traditional appointments may address an immediate concern, but they often leave little time to look at the broader picture.
Ayur gives leaders the time and medical attention to do that.
Longer consultations allow Dr. Malathi to consider health history, lifestyle, sleep, nutrition, stress, laboratory data, and other factors together.
The goal is not simply to respond when something goes wrong. Care can also focus on identifying health risks and supporting long-term well-being.
An executive’s health needs at 42 may look very different at 52. The relationship evolves as their health, responsibilities, and priorities change.

Most corporate wellness benefits are designed for broad participation.
Ayur is intentionally different.
Executives work directly with Dr. Malathi Acharya, MD, receiving personalized integrative medical care informed by both conventional medicine and evidence-informed complementary approaches.
Her approach may incorporate:
The relationship begins with an extended medical consultation covering health history, current concerns, lifestyle, sleep, nutrition, stress patterns, available laboratory data, and personal health priorities.
Following the assessment, Dr. Malathi develops an individualized plan based on the executive’s medical needs and goals.
Recommendations may address nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, metabolic health, preventive care, and appropriate integrative approaches.
Longer follow-up appointments provide time to review progress, discuss new concerns, interpret relevant information, and adjust recommendations as circumstances change.
Executives can communicate through the practice’s secure patient portal for continuity between scheduled appointments.
When appropriate, Dr. Malathi can help executives understand how different aspects of their healthcare fit together and coordinate with other members of their medical team.
Organizations may also arrange physician-led educational sessions around topics relevant to leadership health and workplace well-being.
We begin with a conversation about your organization, leadership population, goals, and the type of benefit you want to provide.
Ayur develops a structure appropriate for the size and needs of your organization.
Participating leaders begin directly with Ayur and complete their individual medical intake.
Each executive receives personalized care throughout the agreed partnership period.
Clinical care remains centered on the individual patient and their medical needs.
Offer Ayur’s physician-led integrative care as a premium benefit for selected executives or senior leaders.
Provide ongoing medical support for founders and senior professionals working under sustained pressure and demanding schedules.
Add physician-led health and well-being support to high-potential leadership or executive development initiatives.
Arrange educational sessions led by Dr. Malathi on topics relevant to preventive health, metabolic health, stress, sleep, women’s health, and sustainable well-being.
Every partnership can be structured around the organization’s goals, leadership population, and budget.

Dr. Malathi Acharya is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician who spent nearly two decades practicing in hospital and clinical settings before expanding her training into Integrative Medicine.
Her experience in conventional medicine showed her its enormous value, but also the limitations of appointments focused primarily on treating an immediate diagnosis or symptom.
She later completed advanced fellowship training in Integrative Medicine through the University of Arizona and founded Ayur Integrative Medicine to create a different kind of physician-patient relationship.
One with more time.
More context.
And greater attention to the factors that influence health over the long term.
Every executive enters the program with different concerns and priorities.
For some, the focus may be sleep and stress.
For others, it may be metabolic health, women’s health, prevention, healthy aging, nutrition, or understanding changes that have developed gradually over time.
The value of the Ayur model is not a predetermined outcome.
It is having the time and continuity to understand those concerns properly and address them within a personalized medical relationship.
Areas commonly explored may include:
Not a wellness program. A medical partnership built around the individual.
I cannot recommend Dr. Malathi highly enough. She combines deep expertise in integrative medicine and Ayurveda with genuine kindness, compassion, and presence. What sets her apart is how deeply she listens. She takes the time to understand your entire health history, connecting dots that other practitioners often miss.
Dr. Malathi is an astute and diligent holistic care provider. She is very methodical in the way she asks questions, dives deep, and gets to know her clients. She really cares about making actionable change, with metrics, data, and check-ins to make sure your health is getting better, one step at a time.
Dr. Acharya’s compassionate approach to medicine, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, sets her apart. She excels as a collaborative partner in developing treatment plans and provides comprehensive care. I wholeheartedly endorse her services.
